Frequently Asked Question
We welcome every child from 5 years old to 12 years old. For the youngest ones, we need to assess your kid interest and how ready they are to join group classes. Personal Training sessions are also available for them.

No experience is needed, but we need to assess if your young one is ready to be a part of the class with other kids, pay attention to the coach and follow their instructions.

Boxing is about much more than learning punches — it teaches life skills kids can carry outside the gym.
Confidence: As kids learn new techniques and see themselves improve, they gain a real sense of accomplishment. Stepping into the ring (even in a controlled, non-contact way) gives them the courage to face challenges in school, sports, and everyday life.
Discipline: Boxing requires structure — from wrapping their hands properly to following instructions during drills. Kids learn the importance of showing up on time, respecting their coaches and teammates, and putting consistent effort into their training. These habits naturally build self-discipline.
Focus: In boxing, attention to detail matters. Kids practice drills that require quick thinking, coordination, and concentration. Over time, they develop the ability to stay focused in high-energy situations, which translates into better concentration at school and other activities.
In short, boxing strengthens the body and the mind. Parents often tell us they see improvements not just in fitness, but in behavior, confidence, and motivation outside of class.
